I found the breakfast selection generous with many options. Staff members ensured hot items were available. The room had a smart TV. I found that the location was near an Underground station, allowing easy city access.

a cozy haven for my heart

The room included a hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, and fridge. I found it delightfully convenient. a communal washing machine and dryer are available. I appreciate this amenity. the breakfast offered variety with meat and veggie options. Roberto and meet helped us daily.
The dryer runs took longer than expected, leaving clothes slightly damp. It was a minor inconvenience.

convenient location attentive staff spacious rooms comfortable beds
I was grateful for the convenient location near transport and shops. the staff were consistently attentive and cheerful when greeting guests. the rooms were spacious. We easily managed multiple large suitcases. i found the amenities readily available and the beds provided a comfortable rest.
one of the lifts experienced intermittent issues , which caused slight delays at times.

the breakfast service was well-managed , food was consistently replenished and the staff maintained a cute atmosphere. roberto, the f&b manager, ensured excellent service , so every guest had a positive dining experience.

the staff was cheerful and helpful. the breakfast offered many tasty options. my room, a double studio suite accessible, included useful amenities. the hotel's location was quite convenient for accessing nearby shops.
the elevator was a little slow sometimes, so i planned a little extra time.

decent stay with minor issues
corner room comfortable bed friendly staff weak air conditioning faulty elevator missing door
the room was very spacious. my family really liked watching the trains from the corner room. the beds felt very comfortable. the staff members were friendly and helpful and they always ordered taxis for us.
the air conditioning did not work well. the elevators had issues. there was no physical separation between the rooms despite the online advertisement indicating doors. these doors were important since my child sleeps early.
